Located about 9 km from Puerto Banús and 10 km from the center of the city of Estepona. Built on a plot of more than 2,000 m2 and facing south. The property is bright and with sea views. Distributed over 3 floors plus basement. It has 7 en-suite bedrooms plus 2 guest bedrooms. On the first floor: the entrance porch, the spacious living room, the kitchen, a bedroom-office, a bedroom with a bathroom, a dining room and 200 m2 of terraces. On the first floor the master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en-suite, five more bedrooms and five bathrooms and 100m2 of terraces. On the top floor there is a 200m2 chill out terrace with a jacuzzi from which splendid and pleasant views at sunrise and sunset are guaranteed.

Outside there is a 100m2 pool and a private garage with space for 2 cars. The villa has a permanent service made up of a couple who live in an apartment in the villa itself and are in charge of cleaning and maintenance.

July - 20,000 € per week

August - 25,000 € per week

Christmas & Semana Santa Easter - 20,000 € per week

All the rest of the year 12,000 € per week
